Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse will pack your goods and have it shipped as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order.

A: Our warehouses are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 7 to 14 business days, however, can take up to 30 days. We cannot control any transit delays. For International orders, please allow up to 30 days.
