Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse will pack your goods and have it shipped as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order.

Q: How long does shipping takes?

A: Our warehouses are located around the world.

  • For domestic orders in the United States, it will take 3-7 Business Days to arrive (when ordering from our Domestic Warehouse)
  • For International orders (when ordering from our International Shop), please allow 20-30 days.

Please note: If you are located in US and order from out International Shop, it will take longer to receive your items.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes! We ship worldwide and ensure we make every pet lover has an enjoyable shopping experience with us. Please see more about the international shop below.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the "Add To Cart" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q: Does Pawstrip provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, Contact Us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!

Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

A: Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you don't like the product. Simply visit our Returns & Refunds policy page for complete details.

Q: How does ordering work with the international shop?

A: Our international shop is so we can provide pets abroad all their favorites!

If you are from the US or outside the US, you can order from our international shop.

Be mindful US customers ordering from the international shop means shipping will take longer. 

 

Q: What about ordering from your "Products" tab?

A: Our US customers receive fast shipping and personalized products at their fingertips. International friends may order from the "Products" tab, but a shipping fee will apply. International friends are recommended to order from out International shop to receive free shipping!
